Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform.
Account Registration
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their account. Information provided to MFnxt should be accurate and kept updated.
Acceptable Use
Users must use the Platform lawfully and must not interfere with its security, operation or integrity.
- Do not attempt to breach security, reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform.
- Do not upload harmful code or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
Content & Baskets
Information and investment baskets provided through MFnxt are intended for educational and informational purposes and are not investment advice.
Investors should review the applicable scheme-related documents and understand the risks before making investment decisions.
Fees
Where fees apply to particular services, the applicable fees and taxes will be disclosed before the relevant service is used.
Intellectual Property
Content available through the Platform, including logos, text, graphics and code, is owned by or licensed to MFnxt and protected by applicable laws.
Termination
MFnxt may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where these Terms are violated or where required by applicable law.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MFnxt disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MFnxt, its affiliates and employees from claims arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to These Terms
MFnxt may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
Regulatory Status
MFnxt operates as a Mutual Fund Distributor registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) and holds a valid ARN.
MFnxt facilitates investments in mutual fund schemes offered by Asset Management Companies and does not act as an Investment Adviser under SEBI regulations.
Role as Distributor
MFnxt acts as a distributor of mutual fund products and may receive commission from Asset Management Companies as permitted under applicable regulations.
Investors are encouraged to review applicable scheme-related documents, including the SID and KIM, before making investment decisions.
No Investment Advisory
MFnxt does not provide investment advice, financial planning or portfolio management services.
Baskets or model portfolios available on the Platform are standardized and are not tailored to individual financial situations.
Risk Disclosure
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Investors should read all applicable scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
KYC & Regulatory Compliance
Users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required before making investments.
MFnxt may rely on authorized third-party service providers for KYC verification and transaction processing.
Users are responsible for providing accurate KYC information. Delays, rejection or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may not be attributable to MFnxt.
Third-Party Services
MFnxt integrates with third-party platforms, including transaction execution platforms, registrar and transfer agents and payment gateways.
MFnxt shall not be responsible for delays, failures or errors caused by such third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
MFnxt shall not be liable for losses arising from investment decisions, market fluctuations or reliance on information available through the Platform.
Investment decisions are made at the user's discretion. MFnxt does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or freedom from technical outages and system failures.
Investor Responsibility
Investors are solely responsible for evaluating investment risks and making informed investment decisions.
MFnxt does not guarantee returns, capital protection or the performance of any investment.
